1. OUR “LOVE THE LOOK” GUARANTEE

At SPARKLYU, we want you to feel as bold as our Geometric prints and as sharp as our Striped shirts. We know that sometimes a fit isn’t quite right or a Solid tee isn’t the exact shade you imagined. If you’re not 100% vibing with your new look, don’t worry—we’ve got your back! We offer a friendly 30-day return window from the day your package arrives.

2. EASY-GOING RETURNS

To keep things fair for everyone, we just ask that your returned shirts and T-shirts are:

  • In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition (trying them on is encouraged!).

  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.

  • Free from any scents, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

3. HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

We’ve made the process as simple as picking out your favorite Print:

  1. Send a quick “Hello” to our team at [Your Support Email] with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and the closest return address for your region.

  3. Pack it up and send it back—it’s that easy!

4. SPECIAL NOTES FOR OUR EU & UK FRIENDS

If you are shopping from the European Union or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel or return your order for any reason. At SPARKLYU, we actually give you a full 30 days because we believe you deserve plenty of time to decide if that new shirt is “the one.”

5. FAST REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we’ll give it a quick check and send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method (usually appearing in your account within 5-10 business days).

6. NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE?

Scored a Print shirt but realized you’d prefer a Solid one? Or need to swap a Medium for a Large? The fastest way to get the right fit is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This way, your new favorite shirt gets to you much faster!

7. IF WE MADE A MISTAKE

We take great pride in our quality, but humans are human! If your shirt arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong pattern, please let us know right away at [Your Support Email]. We’ll fix it immediately and cover all the shipping costs to make it right.
